Water Exercise

Today we had a substitute teacher in our water exercise class.  BK and I go every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 AM to this class and on Friday to a water kickboxing class.  Today we did 30 minutes of non-stop aerobics and then 30 minutes of muscle work.  We never slowed down and I actually felt like I was sweating.  Who ever sweats in the water? It was quite a workout.  The kickboxing class is also quite a workout and our muscles feel it.  Why am I writing this?  Because I want to see if I can hook it up to technorati since it doesn't want to recognize this blog. I don't think that will happen but here goes.
